John E. Langdon
Director, Founder and Chairman
Mr. Langdon is the founder of the Company, and was the primary source of funding for the development of the PGI System and the operations of the Company. For the past twenty-five years, Mr. Langdon has founded a number of companies involved in alternative energy development, medical technology, inorganic chemical disinfectants and enhanced oil recovery. Mr. Langdon is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
Philip D. Dixon, III
Director, Secretary and General Counsel
Mr. Dixon is an attorney in private practice. Mr. Dixon has represented Mr. Langdon’s various business interests since 1976, and is currently serving as an executive officer and director for several of the companies in which Mr. Langdon has an interest.
